- One of the governmental program in the spotlight today is the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). PKH is a social protection program that provides cash and non cash assistance conditional to Low Economic Standard households. This required to meet the program's Terms associated with the efforts to increase human resources one of them through the educational aspect. In Prabumulih, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of programs that has a number of Family Beneficiaries most, but there are some problems in the implementation. This study aims to explain the effectiveness of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Budget Usage in Education District of Rambang Kapak Tengah Prabumulih. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained from primary data documentation, observation and the key informant interviews and secondary data obtained from documents or regulations relating to the matter being investigated. This study uses the concept of effectiveness by Mardiasmo. Based on the analysis and field study concluded that the use of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Budget for Education in Sub Rambang Kapak Tengah Prabumulih is already effective in accordance with the General Guidelines of PKH itself. Advice can be given by the Government Prabumulih in this case the Social Service Prabumulih if you want to continue the implementation of the program in subsequent years need to be serious in the implementation for the sense that all items considered to be effective it needs to be followed up as a companion process, socialization, means, and the period of funding help.
