ABSTRACT Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Naga Nusantara Palembang This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. The study population was employees at PT. Naga Nusantara Palembang and as a sample of 41 employees at PT. Naga Nusantara Palembang is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the discussion that had been carried out, it could be concluded that motivation significantly affected employee performance at PT. Naga Nusantara Palembang.
