- This study discusses interpersonal communication between leaders and subordinates in motivating the work of employees at PT.CNG Hilir Raya Palembang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the aim of describing all the conditions and situations of interpersonal communication between the leadership and subordinates of the company PT.CNG Hilir Raya Palembang. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, researchers wanted to see openness, empathy, support, positivity, and similarities between leaders and subordinates in employee work motivation. The results of the study show that interpersonal communication between leaders and subordinates is well motivated by employees.
