KETERKAITAN KEANEKARAGAMAN MAKROZOOBENTOS DENGAN KARAKTERISTIK SUBSTRAT DI INTERTIDAL PERAIRAN MUARA SUNGAI BANYUASIN, SUMATERA SELATAN
Daftar Isi:
- The basic substrate is one of the main ecological factors and components that influence the structure of the macrozoobenthos community. The relationship of macrozoobenthos diversity with the characteristics of the intactidal substrate in the Muara River of the Banyuasin River, South Sumatra is shown by the diversity value. The study was conducted using direct observation and select group design in the waters of the Muara River in Banyuasin, South Sumatra and starting from December 2017 to August 2018. The research location was determined by the purposive sampling method and divided into 4 stations, each station has 1 transect lines and each line transect is taken as many as 10 core sampler. Processing data using ANOVA analysis and correlation. Diversity index in the waters of the Muara River Banyuasin, South Sumatra ranges from low to moderate with a value of 0.693 to 1.711. The value of macrozoobenthos diversity is determined by organic matter with a correlation value of 93.1% and the diversity value is determined by the substrate with a correlation value of 92.5%. This shows that the value of macrozoobenthos diversity is highly determined by the substrate factor and organic matter contained
