  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada pegawai Pemda di Kecamatan X. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu ada peran perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada pegawai di Pemda Kecamatan X. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai aktif yang bekerja di Pemerintahan Daerah Kecamatan X dengan jumlah populasinya adalah 153 pegawai. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 pegawai dan untuk uji coba sebanyak 48 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Alat ukur mengunakan skala perceived organizational support dan skala organizational citizenship behaviour dengan mengacu pada dimensi perceived organizational support dari Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison, dan Sowa (1986) dan dimensi-dimensi organizational citizenship behaviour dari Organ (1988). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan R= 0.759, R square= 0,577, F= 140,252, P= 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan adanya peranan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour sebesar 57,7 %. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. The research objective was to determine the role of perceived organizational support towards organizational citizenship behaviour on local government workers at x district. The hypothesis in this research is there is a role of perceived organizational support towards organizational citizenship behaviour on local government workers at x district. The population of the study was 153 active local government workers at X district, research sample on 105 workers and 48 workers as a try out subject. This study used purposive sampling technique. Perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship was measured by the scale which refers to the dimensions of perceived organizational support from , Huntington, Hutchison, dan Sowa (1986), and dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior from Organ (1988). The data was analyze using simple resgression analysis. Simple Regression Analysis shows R= 0,759, R square= 0,577, F=140,252, P=0,000 (p<0,05). Therefore the hypothesis of this research is accepted. The result of hypothesis shows that perceived organizational support have a significant role toward organizational citizenship behaviour. Hypothesis result in this research shows perceived organizational support have role of organizational citizenship behaviour by 57,7%. Therefore, hypothesis of this study is accepted.
