  • Palembang Dial Musik Store, one of music store with middle-top sale’s level, needs a system that can manage all the data in store well. Besides that, Palembang Dial Musik Store must enable to define its customers needs and to inform its customers quickly. So, Palembang Dial Musik Store needs a system implementation with Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) concept as a ways to increase the quality of service between the store and the customer well. This research intends for enchancing customer satisfaction with applying E-CRM as business strategy on Palembang Dial Musik Store. To achieve this target, researcher uses sytem development methodology named FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking). The researcher offers integrated information in support software that can used to give quick and right information, easiness in customer interaction and feature to know the customer need. The development system is web based information system made by using some of software like Sublime Text, NowSMS Gateway, MySQL and XAMPP. The implementation of E-CRM to help the store to interact with the customer easily and to know the needs of customers.
