- This study aims to analyze the influence of planning and budgeting synchronization, budgetary participation and budget goal clarity on the performance of local government agencies in palembang. This study employed the quantitative approach. By applying census method, its respondents are 45 person. The data collection is done directly by using a questionnaire contains 30 statements. Then the multiple regression analysis model apply to test the hypotheses. The result indicate that (1) the planning and budgeting synchronization, budget participation, and budget goal clarity affect the SKPD performance simultaneously (2) planning and bugeting synchronization affect SKPD Performance (3) budget participation affect SKPD performance, and (4) budget goal clarity affect SKPD performance.
