PERFORMA ITIK PEGAGAN FASE STARTER YANG DIBERIRANSUM BERBAHAN BAKU LOKAL FERMENTASI DENGAN INOKULUM YANG BERBEDA

- The aim of this study was to determine Pegagan duck performance on starter phase given fermented local raw based rations with different inoculum. This research used completely randomized design with five treatments and four replications, namely P0= commercial ration, P1= local raw based ration, P2= local raw based ration fermented with bread yeast, P3= local raw based ration fermented with tape yeast, P4= local based raw ration fermented with tempe yeast. The result of this study showed that local rations fermented with bread yeast, tape yeast, and tempe yeast were significantly dfferent (P<0,05) to body weight gain and ration conversion, but not significantly different (P>0,05) to consumption Pegagan duck on starter phase. It was concluded that fermented local rations fermented with bread yeast, tape yeast, and tempe yeast were unable to increase consumption, body weight gain, and ration conversion Pegagan duck on starter phase.
