Measurements were made using COBIT work on 5 domain BAI09, DSS01, DSS02, and DSS06. The research method used the level of maturity level measurement to achieve the expected IT system for the Information Technology Department of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The results of the analysis can provide recommendations for building services for PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and the results of the analysis that has been carried out for the company's needs in the future.
