As of Jakabaring to the Musi Bridge VI degree of saturation of 0.26 with the level of service A. For the average delay by 4 modeling using Software VISSIM 6.00 get the biggest avarage delay on condition 2, a condition intersection 4 KH. Wahid Hasyim after the contruction of a road through the plan Musi Bridge VI where the average delay amounted to 38,29 pcu/sec.
