- The purpose of this research were to 1) measure the farmers’s instituition role In implementation of integrated crop resource management movement (GP-PTT) based on farmer’s perception at Pelabuhan Dalam Village Pemulutan Subdistrict Ogan Ilir District, 2) measure the level welfare farmer at Pelabuhan Dalam Village Pemulutan Subdistrict Ogan Ilir District, 3) analyze the correlation between farmers’s instituition role In implementation of integrated crop resource management movement (GP-PTT) and level welfare farmer at Pelabuhan Dalam Village Pemulutan Subdistrict Ogan Ilir District. This research had been conducted at Desa Pelabuhan Dalam village, Pemulutan Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Distict on April until Mei 2016. The sampling method in this research was used simple random sampling. This data involved primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with farmers, such as the identity of the farmers, the perception of farmers about farmers institution and level welfare farmers while secondary data obtained from the related institution, such as agriculture extension agent, farmer’s group combined, UPJA about profil of farmers institution, history of the instituition, monograph of the village and previous research. The conclusions of this research are 1) Farmer’s instituition are in hight criteria with score 55,61, such as agriculture extentions agent are in high criteria with score 25,50, farmer’s group combined are in medium criteria with score 13,72 and UPJA are in high criteria with score 16,39. (2) Level welfare farmers are in medium criteria with score 42,31. It showed that the level welfare farmers in Pelabuhan Dalam Village Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir Regency generally pretty prosperous. 3) Based on Spearman Rank test results are there’s no correlation between farmers’s instituition role In Implementation of Integrated Crop Resource Management Movement (GP-PTT) and the level welfare farmer in Pelabuhan Dalam Village Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir Regency.
