The relation of each category from research variable are: mild activity level of SLE: 80% did not experience depression, 20% mild level of depression; moderate activity level of SLE: 44.4% did not experience depression, 33.3% mild level of depression, 22.2% moderate level of depression; severe activity level of SLE: 7.1% did not experience depression, 7.1% mild level of depression, 21.4% moderate level of depression and 64.3% severe level of depression. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between SLE disease activity level and level of depression in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus at Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan and Poliklinik Ilmu Penyakit Dalam RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
