  • This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of nurses at RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang. The design of this study was cross sectional involving 70 nurse respondents at RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang. Data were collected through job satisfaction survey with questionnaires filled out by respondents and also using secondary data of performance appraisal. Data analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. From chi square test, it can be concluded that there is correlation between employee attitude with job satisfaction, there is relation between co-worker with job satisfaction, there is relation between salary with job satisfaction, there is relationship between opportunity promotion with job satisfaction, and there relation between job with satisfaction work. As for the variable of job satisfaction is known that there is no relation to the performance of nurses in RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang with value obtained p-value = 0,414> 0,05.
