  • Good working attitude can be the guidelines for worker’s for doing their task’s well and correctly that suitable with their responsibility, good working attitude could help everysingle worker to build a good work environment, and orderly in order then they could maximum by doing their task’s and achieving their organisation goals. The title of this research is Work Attitude of Apparatus Civil State in Higher Education Institution Service Region II. The background for doing this research is to knowing how work attitude of Higher Education Institution Service’s region II worker based on Hasibuan (2003 : 194) teories which is goals and ability, leader as role model, remuneration, penalty sanction, assertiveness, and human relationships. The used method in this research is desciptive qualitative. The conclusion of the result is work attitude of Higher Education Institution Service’s region II worker is good, based on six indicators that used, only two indicators that not good enough which is leader as role model and remuneration, meanwhile four other indicators which is goals and ability, penalty sanction, assertiveness and human relationships are good.
