  • This research is a qualitative research entitled “Analysis Organizational Communications Climate in Department Public Relations of PT PUSRI Palembang”. This research aim to know how Organizational Communications Climate in Department Public Relations of PT. PUSRI Palembang in the review of dimensions: a) Trust, b) Decision Making, c) Honesty, d) Openness in downwards communications, e) Listening in upward communications, f) Attention to the high performance purpose. The method of collecting data used in this research is an interview, observation and documentation. The result of this research is showing that communication climate in department public relations of PT PUSRI Palembang is happens condusiveley as a whole. The results of subsequent studies illustrate that in the decision felt not running properly. In this dimension, all employees are allowed to express an opinion in a decision making but the process of delivery is not directly in the meeting but submitted via Superintendent and superintendent accommodates all these opinions which will be delivered in the division meetings conducted once a month.
