The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on the employees productivity of PT Indonusa Telemedia Palembang. The data that used in this research is the primary data through distribution of the questionnaire directly to PT Indonusa Telemedia Palembang with population of 40 employees with census method with 40 employees mentioned as respondent. The method that used in this research is simple linear regression. The result in this research is motivation have influenced on employees productivity positively and significantly. The researcher suggest to the next researcher to add other independent variable that not included in this research like education, training, performance appraisal, wage system, and job satisfaction
