The aim of this research isto find out the effect of financial compensation employee performance in PT. Indonusa Telemedia Palembang. The population in the study was the total number at the PT. Indonusa Telemedia Palembang which collected 40 people. The technique of collecting data used in this study is a questionnaire technique by sharing it with employees of PT. Indonusa Telemedia which is the object of research. The analyses technique that is used on this research is simple regression analysis technique. The results showed that there is an influence of financial compensation on the performance of employees in PT. Indonusa Telemedia.
