ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA KEMPLANG UDANG DI DESA SUNGSANG I KECAMATAN BANYUASIN II KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

- The purposes of this research were (1) To analyze the production factors that effect the production of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort at Sungsang I Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency. (2) To analyze the profit that have been got by enterpreneur of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort at Sungsang I Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency. (3) To describe the inhibitions and the potencies of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort and also the strategies that will to do in order can be defend the prawn kemplang industrial effort. This collected of the data has been conducted at Sungsang I Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency on September 2017. The sampling methods used in this reseachs is Simple Random Sampling, from 73 populations of the enterpreneur do the prawn home industrial effort and amount 30 sampels with used Slovin formula. The collected data were primary and secondary. The processing data for get the results of the production factors that effect the production of the prawn kemplang industrial effort was used SPSS aplications whereas for analyze the productions and marketing strategies was used the SWOT analysis. The results obtained from this research were (1) the production factors that its usage has obvious impact toward the production of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort at Sungsang I Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency are shrimp, flour, and labour whereas capital investation is has unobvious impact. There is a positive relation between flour, capital investation, labour variabel and productivity of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort then there is a negative relation between Shrimp with productivity of the prawn industrial effort. All of the production factors that used by the prawn kemplang industrial effort is resilient. (2) The total production costs of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort is Rp 79.536.055 (Rp/th) with the total revenue is Rp 169.810.898 (Rp/th). Whereas for the income of the prawn kemplang home industrial effort enterpreneur is Rp 90.274.842 (Rp/th). (3) The strategies of the results from SWOT analysis are the information market strategic, used modern and information technology (internet) program, and also the submission of infrastructure repair that refer to goverment policy program.
