This research H•as aimed to analyze the development of the financial capability of Penukal Abab Lema tang !fir regional government in the period of 2015- 2017. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The study used the Budget Realization Report of Penukal Abab Lematang !fir (PALI) Regency 2015 until 20/7. The result of the research shows that there is positive impact on regional financial capability to increase local generated revenue of Penukal Abab Lematang llir regency and the role of regional automomy in Penttkal Abab Lematang llir regency rated good enough to improve the development at Penukal Abab Lemarang 1/ir Regency.
