This research is purposed to know about the effect of Economic Value Adeed (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) to the stocks price of the company group LQ-45 which is registered in Indonesia stock exchange. Method of data collection used purposive sampling method and it was found 37 companies which comply the criteria of data collection. Data analysis method which was used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that EVA has no effect in stocks price partially, while MVA has positive effect on the stocks price. Simultan test shows that EVA and MVA have positive effect on the stocks price by coefficient determination of 0.468. It is 46,8% dependent variable of stocks price is effected by independent variable, they are EVA and MVA, while the rest of it is effected by other factors.
