- This study aims to identify and analyze to what extent the work environment influences of employees discipline on employees performance in CV Dharma Utama Palembang. The population of this study was the total number of employees in CV Dharma Utama Palembang, totaling 36 peoples. The sampling technique of this research using saturation sampling technique, those the respondens of this study were of all of the employees of CV Dhamma Utama as much as 36 employees.
