  • This thesis is titled. "Implications of the Application of Family Principle in the Welfare of Members of Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Pusri Employee Cooperatives". Which will discuss about how to apply the principle of kinship in the employee cooperative budget and apply the Implications of the Application of the principle of kinship in the Welfare of Members of Savings and Loans in Pusri Employees Cooperatives, the practice of family principles by cooperatives can be traced together by listening to the Pusri Employee Cooperative Budget. The method used in this research is empirical juridical legal research supported by field data through interviews with members of the Pusri Employees Cooperative. Implementation of the principle of kinship in the Articles of Association of Pusri Employee Cooperatives is implemented through the activities of its members in Article 6 paragraph 6 of the Articles of Association where there is discussion of the density of members and deliberation discussed, proven to be related to the principle of kinship can really be applied in this cooperative, with Installing the principle of kinship can reduce and eliminate the nature of individualism in members and affect the principle of kinship to make members more prosperous, sociable, do not influence one another, the creation of better communication and good help, increasing so that they can solve problems quickly. There are those who agree that the principle of kinship is truly applied in all cooperatives for common needs and so that cooperatives truly become a pillar for the economy in Indonesia.
