KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI SISWA SMA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MELALUI SCHEMA-BASED INTRODUCTION

- This study aims to determine the student’s high order thinking skills in mathematics learning through Schema-Based Introduction. This research is a descriptive study with the 36 students from the second grade of class XI.IPS.1 SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja as the subject. The data was collected using the written test consisting of threequestions and interviews to obtain the additional data. The tests are used to obtain an overview of student’s hight order tinking skills through Schema-Based Introduction. The data were collected by using tests and interviews, and then analyzed descriptively. The result showed that in general, the students high order thinking skills in mathematics learning through Schema-Based Introduction with row material in the second grade of class XI.IPS.1 SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja were well categorized with average value 62,22.
