  • This research aims to know the correlation between boredom at work with counterproductive work behaviour of employee in corporate secretary PT. Pertamina (persero) in Jakarta. The hypothesis was a relationship between boredom at work and counterproductive work behaviour of employee in corporate secretary PT. Pertamina (persero) in Jakarta. The subject was 73 employees employee in corporate secretary PT. Pertamina (persero) in Jakarta. Boredom at work was measured by boredom at work dimension from Jackson, Schuler & Werner (2011). Counterproductive work behaviour was measured by counterproductive work behavior dimension from Sackett and DeVore (Anderson, 2005). The data were analyzed with the Pearson product moment method. The result of data analysis showed that there is a correlation between boredom at work with counterproductive work behaviour of a employee in corporate secretary PT. Pertamina (persero) in Jakarta. with the value R = 0,769 and P = 0,000 (p <0,05). R had positive value, it means increasing boredom at work would be followed by increasing the counterproductive work behaviour and vice versa.
