  • The title of this research is " Transparency in Collection of Market Service Retribution in Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency". The background of this research is the still low information about market service retribution. Data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews and literature studies. in this study, researchers conducted unstructured interviews. The interview guide is in the form of outlines of the problems to be asked. Secondary data is obtained through library studies by reading, citing books, magazines, and literature related to the subject of research. The data analysis technique in this study is analytical descriptive technique, namely the problem solving procedure that is examined by presenting data obtained from interviews, literature, and observations, then analyzed and drawn conclusions. Test data credibility using triangulation credibility techniques with sources. The application of the data triangulation model with sources in this study is to compare data on market service retribution in the Market Management Service with similar information from several traders. The research findings indicate that information about Market Service Retribution has not been provided clearly due to the absence of publication of complete regulations. The existence of a website has not been fully utilized to support easy access to information in realizing transparency because the local regulation cannot be accessed on the internet. The flow chart that contains the complaints mechanism is not yet available in the places where merchants sell even if it is not yet available. This research provides several solutions. Using a website can be an easy solution and can reach the wider community. Then the public wage retribution ticket should be made. Then empowerment of monitoring posts for public complaints. Then provide a suggestion box placed at the location of the merchant selling.
