- The background of this research problem is Village Fund Management in Physical Development in Talang Seleman Village, Payaraman Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2017 is the realization of the use of village funds is still below 80% and the government's response is slow in making concrete cast roads. This study aims to explain how village fund management is in physical development in Talang Seleman Village, Payaraman Sub-District, 2017. Ogan Ilir Regency in 2017 the type of research in this paper is descriptive research, using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques carried out through documentation and in-depth interviews. This study uses the theoretical model of Ahmad Yani (2006:349). The results of the study indicate that Village Fund Management in Physical Development in Talang Seleman Village, Payaraman Subdistrict, 2017 Ogan Ilir Regency has not been fully optimal. Based on the data and information obtained, there are still many people who do not participate in the village meetings because they are busy and there is also indifference towards government affairs, especially those relating to village funds and the lack of transparency of government information to the public regarding budgetary funds received by the village. in this case there are dome recommended recommendations, namely the Village head as the holder of power in managing Village funds should always encourage the community to be involved in Village meetings so thot the village development carried out is obtained in a democratic manner and in accordance with the wishes and needs of the community.
