In the process of delivery of crude oil into the processing required pump station. PT. Gas Petramina CSA using centrifugal pumps as a tool of distributor crude oil from wells located in the province of Jambi to the PT. Pertamina RU III. Purpose of this research to analyze the performance of a centrifugal pump. By developing a pump head curve and head system, then combines them to get the pump working point. At the current operating conditions, the pump operates with a rotation speed of 2574 rpm and 2414 rpm. Selection of pump multi-stage driven by a motor with variable rotation speed (variable speed motor) on the pumping system distributor crude oil from km 265 to km 139 is already very good. Until now, the pumping system is still operating with a performance that is very close to the BEP (Best Efficiency Point), besides that the pump can operate without cavitation.
