This study aims to determine how the effect of locally generated revenue, balance funds and area of region to area expenditure in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The data used in this research is secondary data from 2002-2017. The analysis technique used in thus research is multiple linear regression which is estimated by Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study show that the locally generated revenue, balance funds positive effect with area expenditure in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, whereas area of region has a negative effect with area expenditure.
