ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGROWISATA DI DESA MEGANG SAKTI III KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

- The purposes of this reaserch are to (1) Analyze feasibility of agrotourism at Megang Sakti III Village Musi Rawas Regency, (2) Analyze the sensitivity of the feasibility agrotourism at Megang Sakti III Village Musi Rawas Regency with a predetermined scenario and (3) Analyze development strategy of agrotourism at Megang Sakti III Village Musi Rawas Regency. The research was conducted at Megang Sakti III Village, Musi Rawas Regency on May 2019. The research method used case study method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this research, can be concluded; (1) Jambu Kristal dan Durian Montong Agrotourism with a projected life of 10 years obtains value of NPV Rp 677.635.379,41, IRR 18.01 percent, Net B / C 2.85, payback period will be released in 5 years (2020) and this business is feasible based on feasibilty analysis, (2) Jambu Kristal dan Durian Montong Agrotourism is not sensitive to the determined factors. However, when compared between to all scenarios, the business is most sensitive if there is a decrease in product prices with a maximum limit of 68,68 percent. (3) The strategy that must be carried out immediately by Jambu Kristal dan Durian Montong Agrotourism is by making legality of business law, forming business entities, proposing business credit assistance, and promoting more through various media.
