This research examines the effect of financial compensation on employees of KoperasiSehati MakmurAbadi. The number of population that is inspected in this research is about 40 employees of Koperasi Sehati Makmur Abadi. Data accumulation technique is by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique is simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that financial compensation affects the performance of Koperasi Sehati Makmur Abadi employees.
