This study aims to determine the influence of school culture on student discipline in Islamic Junior High School Az-Zahrah 1 Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 102 people and in the sample of 102 people. Sampling using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were obtained by using documentation and questionnaire techniques. Proven results of data analysis through Regresi linier, which shows that school culture with discipline students obtained value significance = .184. This number is smaller than the value of α that is, α = .05 (95% significance) or in other words sig. .184 <α = 0.05. Thus the research hypothesis stating "there is a significant influence between school culture on student discipline in Islamic junior high school Az-Zahrah 1 Palembang" can be proven or in other words Ha accepted And Ho rejected
