  • The purposes of this research are(1) to assess the performance of Robusta coffee marketing system that has been done by farmers in Bandar Jaya Kance Diwe Village of Pagar Alam City (2) to analyze robusta coffee marketing strategy that should be applied in order to increase coffee farmer satisfaction in Bandar Jaya Kance Diwe Village of Pagar Alam City. The research has beenconducted in Bandar Jaya, Kance Diwe Village, Pagar Alam City of South Sumatera Province on February 2018.This research used survey method. Robusta coffee marketing performance system at Bandar Jaya consists of four marketing channels that are through direct farmers, collecting traders, retailers and wholesalers. Strategies that can be used to improve the satisfaction of coffee farmers are: the active role of marketing institutions on marketing, brand use to demonstrate the quality standards or quality offered by coffee products and facilitate the addition of market and consumer networks, coffee production process according to Indonesian National Standard (SNI), sales through social media, pricing according to the target market and support from the government. In addition, other supporting strategy factors are: target market determination, business scale and capital improvement, human resource and technological enhancement as well as maintain the characteristics and quality of robusta coffee.
