  • The purposes of this research were to: 1) analyze income generated between farmers who sell rubber to KUD and non KUD in Embawang Village Tanjung Agung Subdistrict Muara Enim District, 2) describe marketing channel with rubber farmers who sell rubber to KUD and non KUD in Embawang Village Tanjung Agung Subdistrict Muara Enim District, 3) analyze the factors that affect farmers sell rubber to KUD and non KUD in Embawang Village Tanjung Agung Subdistrict Muara Enim District. This research was conducted in Embawang Village, Tanjung Agung Subdistrict, Muara Enim District. Site selection is done purposively (purposive). Data collected from October to November 2017. The research method used in this research is survey method. The sampling method used in this research is a disproportional stratified random sampling method with 40 sample farmers that consist of 20 farmers who sell a rubber to KUD and 20 farmers who sell rubber to non KUD. The result of this research told that has a differences significant with a farmer who sell rubber to KUD and non KUD in Embawang Village, Tanjung Agung Subdistrict, Muara Enim District with the average income of farmers who sell rubber to KUD was amounting to Rp 14.763.790 per hectare per year is higher than farmers who sell rubber to non KUD to Rp10.245.157 per hectare per year with differences amounting to Rp4.518.633. There are two marketing channels of the most selected rubber farmers in Embawang Village which has the same marketing channel that there is only one intermediary before sell to rubber processing factory,that is marketing channel I farmers sell to KUD and marketing channel II farmers sell to middlemen. Significant factors that influencing farmers' decision to sell rubber to KUD and non KUD in Embawang village are farm income, production and capital loan meanwhile the factors that not significant are rubber quality and farm experience.
