ANALISIS KUAT TEKAN, PERMEABILITAS, DAN POROSITAS PERVIOUS CONCRETE DENGAN VARIASI A/C DAN METODE PEMADATAN
Daftar Isi:
- Pervious concrete is one type of concrete innovation that allows water to pass through it, because of the interconnected voids within the concrete structure. Pervious concrete is composed of materials such as Portland cement (OPC), 3/8 inch coarse aggregate, water, admixture, and little to no fine aggregate. The purpose of this study was to investigate the pervious concrete characteristics of compressive strength, permeability, and porosity with variation of aggregate-cement-ratio (a/c) and the compacting method used. This mixture has nine variations consisting of a/c variations and compacting methods. Variations of a/c used include 0.35, 0.40, and 0.45 with standard rodding, proctor Hammer, and vibrator as the compacting methods used. Mixes were prepared with constant w/c of 0.3, cement content of 360 kg/m3, and addition of admixture equal to 2,8% from total weight of cement material used. The ASTM standard is used as the basis for slump testing, compressive strength, and porosity. The result of maximum compressive strength test is 8,605 N/mm2 with a/c = 3,5 and compacted using vibrator. The permeability test result is 0.646 cm/s to 1.401 cm/s, and the porosity ranged from 17.675% to 34.904%.
