  • The purpose of this research were 1) to analyze households' perception of the organic rice from Sumber Suko village, 2) to calculate amount of consumption of organic rice from Sumber Suko village 3) to analyze factors that affect households in consume organic rice from Sumber Suko village, 4) to analyze relationship between households' perception of the amount of organic rice consumption of Sumber Suko Village. This research was conducted in December 2017 at Sumber Suko Village, Belitang district. The research method used is survey method, while the sampling method used to identify the behavior of household is done incidentally. The data collected in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Household perception of organic rice measured from 7 indicators of organic rice quality, organic rice price, ease of obtaining organic rice, availability of organic rice, organic rice packaging, safety of consuming organic rice and health of organic rice consumption are at high criteria with total score of 84,67. The frequency of household consumption in consuming organic rice as much as 22 times/month, with the amount of consumption of 11,33 kg/month. Significant factors influencing the consumption of organic rice is the frequency of consumption with significant value of 0,000 and the number of family members with significant value of 0,001, while the factors of age, gender, education, occupation, and income have no significant effect on the level of organic rice consumption. There is no correlation between perception of organic rice consumption and organic rice consumption from Sumber Suko Village Belitang District OKU Timur Regency.
