- In achieving the value of success, a communication strategy is needed among others, therefore strategies in communication have important role in institutions. This research is finding out the communication strategy of the Human Resources Division of the Sumsel Babel Bank in motivating employees work. This research is a descriptive with a qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques by observasing, in depth interviewing and reviewing documents as supporting data. Based on the result, it can be seen that the communication strategy of the Sumsel Babel Bank Human Resources Division in motivating employees work gives result in: 1) Sources on communicators, there is the ability to deliver messages given by the Head of the Human Resources Division of Sumsel Babel Bank to employees. 2) Messages, there are messages conveyed by the communicator to the communicant. 3) Delivery media or media used. 4) Recipient or communicator, there is the ability of the recipient to receive messages. 5) effect or influence in motivating employees work.
