PENGARUH PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) URINE KAMBING DAN FESES KAMBING TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN AZOLLA MICROPHYLLA DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI DI SMA

- This study aims to determine the influence of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of goat urine and goat feces on Azolla microphylla growth. The research used experimental method, Factorial Random Design (RALF), 16 treatments and 3 replications. The first factor was POC urine goat which consisted of 0 ml / L, 0.03 ml / L, 0.06 ml / L, 0.09 ml / L. The second factor is POC of goat faces which consists of 0 ml / L, 0.5 ml / L, 1 ml / L, 1.5 ml / L. Data were analyzed with ANAVA and DMRT. The parameters observed were wet weight, relative growth rate, abundance and dry weight. The results showed that POC concentration of goat urine had significant effect on Azolla growth on wet weight parameter, growth rate and abundance, but had no significant effect on dry weight. The concentration of POC of goat faucet had significant effect on Azolla growth on all parameters. In the interaction between the two have a significant effect on the parameters of wet weight, abundance and dry weight, but no significant effect on the relative growth rate of Azolla. U3F3 treatment is the recommended treatment to increase Azolla growth, because it has given optimum result. The results of this study can be used as information on Biology Learning High School XII class 1st semester in Basic Competency 3.1 Explain the influence of internal factors and external factors on the growth and development of living creatures and Basic Competence 4.1 Prepare reports of experimental results on the influence of external factors on the process of growth and development of plants . The results of the study will be donated in the form of learner worksheets (LKPD).
