- The research aimed to find out the factors that caused the low absorption of the budget at auction services according to KPKNL's authority in the 2017 State Wealth Service and Auction Office in absorbing the budget in the 2017 Office of State Wealth Services and Auction in Palembang. payment, procedure dimensions of goods and services. This study uses Qualitative Methods, data sources are secondary data and primary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the factors that caused the low absorption of the budget in the Auction Service according to the KPKNL Authority in the State Assets Office and Palembang Auction in 2017 are the mismatches of plans with budget realization and limited human resources resulting in multiple positions in planning. Broadly speaking, the results of the study can be concluded that the factor of budget absorption in auction services according to KPKNL's authority in the state wealth service office and the Palembang auction in 2017 is classified as ineffective and consistency is needed in implementing the budget plan.
