ANALISIS GROUND VIBRATION DAN AIR BLAST PADA PELEDAKAN QUARRY LIMESTONE DI PT. SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK, KECAMATAN KEREK,KABUPATEN TUBAN, JAWA TIMUR
Daftar Isi:
- PT. Cement Indonesia solving limestone bending activities using blasting. PT.Cement Indonesia targets a blasting volume of about 1.1 million tonnes of limestone with the amount of explosives used being 263,007 AN, 17,905 FO, 2249 Dynamite, and 10,458 Detonators each a month. PT. Cement Indonesia in conducting blasting activities can be 4 times or more per day, with the amount of holes 600 or more in a day. The result of ground vibration data analysis shows that there is a strong correlation between scaled distance (SD) and peak vector sum (PVS). The result is every increase of scaled distance value followed by decrease of PVS value and otherwise every decrease of scaled distance value followed by increase of PVS. The correlation coefficient (R2) of the analysis is 0,525 indicating that ground vibration is affected 52,5% by scaled distance. PVS can be calculated by the equation: PVS = 5928 x (SD-2,02). The results of the analysis can be used to plan the amount of explosives consistently and be safe against a certain distance variation. Maximum explosion hole depth in PT. Cement Indonesia is 9 m. Column of explosive hole with a depth of 9 m is 4.3 m -4.7 m and with explosive weight of 26.98 kg - 35.23 kg per burst hole, therefore with a depth of 9 m can only be used on blasting with a distance of more than 400 m to the residential of people. The safe scaled distance is SD = 67.3872 with approximate PVS 1.2 mm/s. The average ground generated vibration is below the allowable PVS of 5 mm / s, the resulting water blast also average under the approved SPL of 110 dB. PT. Cement Indonesia has Ground Vibration control of 3 mm / s, and Air Blast control of 90 dB, this proves that PT. Cement Indonesia has met the criteria of Ministry of Environment No. 49 of 2010, and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
