This study aims to examine the Growth Center and Economic Potential in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District. The data used are quantitative data using time series data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Government Facilities and Infrastructure as well as the population of Abab Lematang Ilir Regency in 2013-2017 with Analysis tools, Location Quotient (LQ), Scalogram and Gravity. The results of this study showed that (1) the Mining and Excavation Sector, the Construction Sector, and the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector are the sector based in Pali District during 2013-2017. This sector is the sector that provides the biggest contribution compared to other sectors. (2) The primary growth center in Penabal Abab Lematang Ilir is Talang Ubi District and Tanah Abang District while the other sub-districts are hinterland of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir.
