FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN KEMATIAN NEONATAL DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2008-2014 (ANALISIS DATA SEKUNDER INDONESIAN FAMILY LIFE SURVEY TAHUN 2014)
Daftar Isi:
- Neonatal mortality is neonatal death but still alive at 20 weeks gestation or more. A live birth neonate is a neonate who shows evidence of life after born, even when his life is only temporary (breathing, heartbeat, voluntary muscle movement, or pulsation in the umbilical cord). The 3rd SDGs (Sustainable Develompment Goals) target is the right number for children from 70 per 100,000 live births, 12 neonatal mortality rates per 1000 live births and under-five mortality rate 25 per 1000 live births). To be able to break down the neonatal mortality rate, we should knows the factor that affecting neonatal death so that we can give the solution appropriately. This study used data IFLS 2014, to determine the factors that influence neonatal mortality in Indonesia. This research are a quantitative research using cross-sectional study design with using multistage random sampling. The samples obtained were 4129 mothers in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis of this research data using complex samples analysis consisting of three stages that is univariat, bivariat by using chi square test and multivariate using multiple logistic regression with prediction model. The prevalence of neonatal mortality in this data amounted to 16,71 per 1000 live births. Variable weight infant are the dominant variable on the incidence of neonatal death after being resolved by the confluence of the the age at mother maternity, mother job status and complication during pregnancy (PR = 10,440; 95% CI = 6,014-18,124). Suggestions for people involved in antenatal care in pregnant women intervene in nutritional status in pregnant women, make a qualitative program to find out more about the factors that cause women and add another variable.
