FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN BURNOUT PADA PERAWAT DI RSUD DR. H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG TAHUN 2018

- Burnout is emotional exhaustion syndrome, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment that occurred among individuals who work by serving other people. Based on the former results, which is done to the nurse in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province, it is shown that the nurse was exhausted. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors related to Burnout of nurse at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province 2018. This research was using Cross Sectional study design. The sample of this research was 63 nurses in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Province Lampung whose chosen by proportional technique sampling. This research was using univariat, and bivariat data analysis with Chi-square statistic test. Based on the bivariat test analysis, it was known that there were two independent variables that related to Burnout on the nurse in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Province Lampung, those were work burden (p value–0,006), and emotional intelligence (p value–0,011), and also no correlation with age (p value–1,000), education level (p value–0,294), marital status (p value –1,000), working period (p value–0,380). In conclution, there are nurses (55,6%) who have Burnout in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Province Lampung, and 28 nurses (44,4%) who dont have Burnout. RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek is expected to be able to give trainee about the factors which causing Burnout, so then it is expected that the nurses are able to prevent and control the Burnout especially for themselves.
