  • This study aimed to analyze The Role of Internal Audit in Employee Performance Improvement. The scope of this study is lirnited in the scope of Employee Performance in the sales department of the company PT Encartha Indonesia or Encar Daihatsu. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study prove that Internal Audit at PT. Encartha Daihatsu plays a role in employee performance. This is evident from the calculation using the championformula, the results of the questionnaire answer percentage is 64%. And also based on several indicators or measures, it was concluded that internal audit and employee formance were sufficient
