PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PERAGA BATANG NAPIER PADA MATERI PERKALIAN BILANGAN CACAH DI SD NEGERI 11 INDRALAYA

- This study was aim to improve the learning result of class IVD SD Negeri 11 Inderalaya using Napier Bar. This study used classroom action research method. There were 25 students of IVD SD Negeri 11 Inderalaya as the object of this study. The research instrument used is a test of student learning outcomes in the form of 10 questions. The results showed that the used of napier bar could improve students’ score of whole number multiplication. This is shown in the results or research that has been done on multiplication learning material on the first cycle has an average value of 59.6 with a percentage of 56% completeness in second cycle has an average value of 68 with a percentage mastery 72%, and in the third cycle rose to 78.8 with a percentage of 80%. Based on indicator of success, this study is success because the result of student learning to the matter of multiplication of counting number has Complete Criterion for Multiplication Material, which is more or less than ≥ 80%.
