  • Stockpile is an area that has a high risk of exposure to dust, because in that area there areactivities of collecting, storing, and aligning the stock of coal, which surely will produce dust as a source of pollution that would be detrimental to health and the environment, especially Total Suspended Particulate (TSP). This study aimed to analyze the magnitude of risks arising from exposure to TSP ambient air to workers in stockpile area of PT Kereta Api Logistik Kertapati. This research is a descriptive study of Environmental Health Risk Analysis method. Traders are being sampled in this study there were 25 workers. Sampling technique is Total Sampling. Ambient air samples taken as many as three points in settlements using HAZ-Dust EPAM 5000. The concentration of TSP at the first point was 7.196 mg/m3, second point ,0.204 mg/m3 , and third point 0.119 mg/m3 . Noncarsinogenik intake TSP realtime value of 0.0478 mg/kg/hari and non karsinogenik intakeof TSP lifetime 0.5191 mg/kg/hari. While for realtime carcinogenic intake of TSP 0.031608 mg/kg/hari and carcinogenic intake of TSP lifetime 0.2726 mg/kg/hari. The result of the research based on ntake value showed that workers in stockpile area of PT Kereta Api Logistik Kertapati risked having respiratory disturbance with RQ TSP realtime >1 as many as 15 workers and RQ TSP lifetime >1 as many as 20 workers. While for realtime and lifetime ECR TSP value 25 workers have carcinogenic effect risk with ECR > 10-4 .Risk management can be done by reducing risk agent, reduce contact with exposure and using personal protective equipment. It can be concluded that exposure of Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) to workers ini the stockpile area PT Kereta Api Logistik Kertapati provide the risk of non carcinogenic effects and carcinogenic effects.
