- One of the crimes using internet as the media and has rapidly grown nowadays is the making of pornographic content known as cyberporn. The spreading of pornographic the society has caused the growth of sexual abuse. According to the law, pornographic is defined as images, sketches, illustrations, photographs, sound writings, sounds, moving images, animations, conversational cartoons, gestures, or other forms of messages through the form of media communications and performances in public which contain obscenity or sexual exploitation which violates the norms of decency in society. One kind of pornography business is in the form of making pornographic film (obscene) for the orders of certain individuals in order to be traded afterwards. Pornographic films are used by individuals to take advantage of viewers who access websites which broadcast the pornographic films trough internet networks. In general, pornography business exploits adult women and adult men, but it can also exploit children as porn actors. For instance, the case happened in Bandung at the end of 2016 where the public was shocked by viral porn video called “Tante mesum vs bocah”. The follow-up of the case surprisingly revealed that there were many parties involved in making the video specifically the adults who did the sexual exploitation on children. It was a pity to know the parents of the child itself got involved and carried out the acts. This case was used as the material to analyze a pornography crime involving a child as a porn actress. The case has been presented with a trial undergone separately (splitsing) against the perpetrators in consideration of the weight of actions and criminals acts committed by each perpetrator regarding the judgment of the general prosecutor. Knowing so, it is necessary to look at the regulation regarding the legal protection of children as victims of pornographic films, then the implementation of criminal responsibility and policies for pornography criminals who involve children as pornographic actors in the future.
