- The research aimed to analyze the influence of variables of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) at food and beverages sub sector on Stock price reported on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2013 period -2017. The sample was obtained by 12 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use the Multiple Linear Regression method. Based on the results obtained, the ROA variable has a significant effect on Stock Price while the ROE variable is not significant for Stock Price and DER has a significant effect on Stock Price. The implication of this research is that companies can consider the level of comparison of each variable and for the investor useful as consideration in decision making. Due to the limitations of this study, it is advisable to extend other sectors, extend the study period and use more other independent variables in subsequent research.
