  • DWI NURHAYATI. Analysis of Land Distribution and Fragmentation on Rubber Farming Income at Pajar Bulan Village District Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir Regency (Supervised by NUKMAL HAKIM And AMRUZI MINHA). The objectives of this research were to 1) Analyze the distribution of rubber farmed area in the village of Pajar Bulan, 2) Describe the fragmentation of the land in the village of Pajar Bulan, 3) Calculate the income of rubber farming in the village of pajar Bulan, 4) Analyze the distribution of rubber farm income in the village of Pajar Bulan. This research was conducted in Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Batu Sub- District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Determining location has been done intentionally. Data were collected in November 2016 to October 2017. The determination of 44 samples from 80 populations was taken from the Pajar Bulan rubber farmers whose homogeneity in terms of same rubber age, the same tapping system. Based on the results of the research, in Pajar Bulan village, the gini ratio of rubber cultivated land area is 0.30, it means that it has an imbalance in the distribution of cultivated rubber land included in the low criteria. Fragmentation of land derived from inheritance is greater than the land that comes from buying and selling. For an inheritance with 29,00 hectares of land owned by 24 farmers and for sale and purchase with a total land area of 23.50 hectares owned by 20 farmers and the average value of land fragmentation is 2,81. Based on the result of research, each farmer's average income in Pajar Bulan village is Rp 21,479,856 per cultivated area and Rp 18,502,862 per hectare (Rp. 1.541.905/bln). The value of gini ratio for income distribution of 0.09 means that it has a low income income inequality.
