HUBUNGAN ANTARA LINGKAR AMBING TERHADAP SKOR MASTITIS DAN KUALITAS SUSU PADA SAPI PERAH FRIESIAN HOLSTEIN

- Friesian Holstein (FH) is a dairy cows that have the ability high milk production. Part of cow’s that can produce milk is udder. Udder in dairy cattle are susceptible to mastitis and can affect the quality of milk dairy cattle. The aim of this research was to study the relationship between udder circumference to mastitis score and milk quality. The research was conducted on September to October 2017 in Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Baturraden, Central java.The methode of analysis which used in this experiment was simple regression analysis with observed parameters were mastitis score, milk protein and milk fat. The result of this study it was indicated that the udder circumference of the udder has no effect to score mastitis, milk protein and milk fat. Udder correlation to mastitis score was 0,1%, udder circumference correlation to milk protein was 7,2% and udder circumference correlation to milk fat was 0,3%.
