Furthermore the selection of candidates of contractors to the tender documents, as well as aspects of K3 are owned. After awarding the winner, risk assessment is performed to identify hazard and risk controls examined by K3 section and contractor. In the early stages of work activities conducted kickoff meeting, work site orientation, and mobilization by the K3 assisted by the supervisor of work. When the work is carried out K3 inspection activities and OSH programs. After the work is done an evaluation to the contractor and there is punishment in the form of fine contract value and black list from contractor list. It was concluded that the application of CSMS in PT. PLN (Persero) Keramasan Generation Circulation Control Sector has been running well only in the implementation there are differences in the cycle with the Guidelines BP Migas where the cycle starts from risk assessment, pre-qualification, selection, pliminary work activities, work progress and final evaluation. Recommended for PT. PLN (Persero) Keramasan Generation Circulation Control Sector for the K3 section to be involved in the selection process due to the many aspects of the OSH required, conducting early job risk assessment to determine the occupational risk classification, providing the checklist for the completeness of the HSE requirements, making inspection checklists and safety rewards to contractors who demonstrate the ability to meet OSH procedures in performing their work.
